On Track

Day one of this new week and I am on track! I was home sick yesterday (but I dragged my wheezing, coughing but out of bed for my WW meeting) and am still not 100% today. Major computer malfunctions made for a crazy day at work but I think I have finally licked the stress-eating issues of my past. Here is my menu from today, with a couple of bonus pictures.

Special K vanilla almond with skim (4)
1 cup pineapple (1)
1 cup grapes (1)
homemade chicken corn chowder (7)
bryers 100 call ice cream (2)
1 cup grapes (1)
chicken quesidilla (7)
apple dipped in chocolate (5)
points 28/30 - 2 left for an evening snack
veggies 8/6
h20 2 litres

I want the apples dipped in chocolate! What kinda chocolate do you use?

I used some chocolate chips because that is all I had, but you can cut the points in half by melting a 2pt cadbury thin bar in the microwave. Dipping fruit in it makes the chocolate go so much farther and makes a very satisfying snack. So good!!

Hey girlie,

Congradulations on your loss for far! thats fanstastic. Now that you are so far towards your goal, do you feel like you are raring to go, or feel tired because its has been alot of work? Thats really great that your husband is losing as well. That kind of support must be great. Then again, sometimes for me my boyfriends are just a partner in crime.
