The scale finally moved for me this morning.. these 2 pounds have been the toughest to lose so far. I hope I have seen the last of the 230's. For some reason seeing 22x makes me feel really close to reaching onederland - which is my goal by Christmas. So I am going to celebrate with a nice long swim and a turkey burger for dinner!
