This sucks..

As I wrote previously I have never suffered from the usual PMS and TOM related issues.. until now!! Besides ridiculous bloating I have been suffering from an deep throbbing headache, cramping and insane cravings for chips and chocolate. It is as if an alien being has overtaken my body... and I WANT IT BACK! This is such a foreign thing to me, I feel cranky and tired and exhausted. I have not gone to the gym all week.

Seriously, anyone have any suggestions to make this gross feeling go away??

Definitely get to the gym ! a workout will do wonders for the cramps.

Believe it or not: Exercise.

I've found that strengthening the abs and back are the best thing to reduce cramping and keep the endorphins flowing to combat the moodiness. Keep hydrated to reduce bloating.

Sometimes pushing through brings the best rewards.

Have a great workout (can you get outside? That helps my mood!) and then one of your good dinners complete with something chocolatey (from CL perhaps)? And tell Janet-we us- all about it later. :)

Hope you are feeling better, soon! Aunt Flo usually leaves eventually. Thankfully, eh? :P
