I really think I need to go back to Weight Watchers meetings.. I know the program works but I really don't like the leader of the meeting in my small town. I am having trouble motivating myself to track my food/points/calories. I think that posting on my blog consistently this week has helped me start to get in the right headspace though. Tomorrow I am going to take a picture of everything that I put in my mouth - hopefully that will help me be consious of extra snacks and portion size.
Here was tonights dinner - this is a typical dinner a few nights a week, rice, grilled salmon and veggies. Mmmmm delicious! Plus I caught this sockeye with my own two hands!

I hear you about your meetings and leader. My old group had a really annoying member who was negative and never stayed on program and who talked all the time.
My new group seems keen, but a tad chatty during discussion. I do find the meetings good though. Accountability is what I need apparently. :P Good luck! Nice looking fish!
That's a great idea to take a pic of everything you eat. I need to do that, too, because I'm having an awful time resisting fried chicken fingers right now.
I've never done WW, but that is something I am seriously considering right now. How do you feel about having to count points all the time?
I just popped by and realized you've posted a few times! I missed reading your posts! Your dinner looks good! I was having trouble making myself count for a while too but I made myself and now I feel I'm getting back into the groove.
