Some...I hear you on the getting back on track deal. Sometimes I get Weight Watcher amnesia. Like I totally forget I'm following a program (and have to report in at some point!)<BR/><BR/>anyway, as for the running, I'm sure you'll surprise yourself at what you can do. For me personally, the first 10 mins are the WORST- till I warm up. I totally question my ability to survive for those full 10 mins. Then I'm ok- sorta. har. I guess the only advice I have is to ask yourself if you want to prolong the journey or get on with it?
