Time to regroup

I have completed my 2 week plan of clean eating. It was easier than I thought but it did not break this plateau I can't seem to shake. I did not count points just ate until I was full. I have been struggling to eat breakfast and my meal planning has been lax this week. This often leads me to eat nothing but fruit and veggies during the day and then a great big dinner when I am starving after work. The hardest part for me has been giving up my Crystal Light. I am struggling to get in enough water. So even though I have been 'eating clean' I am not doing everything I should. Plan for this week is to sit down tonight and make a meal plan for the next 5 days. I will restock my fridge with things to make delicious meals. I am going to track points this week as well.

Exercise this week was good - a cardio kickboxing class (killer!!), yoga class, treadmill time, 10km bike ride, 2 hours of DDR and a few at home yoga sessions. For the upcoming week I have a 50km bike ride planned for Monday, yoga Tuesday, weight training on Thursday. I have also been working hard finishing our backyard. We bought this house brand new so the yard was a blank slate. Here are a couple pictures now that stage one is done.

The deck, grass, planters and beds are all new. We have planted brussel sprouts, radishes, cauliflower, beets, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, spinach, squash, zucchini, fennel, leeks, carrots, parsnips, shallots and swiss chard. I am looking forward to a summer full of fresh produce from mr garden. I am already enjoying my spinach on a daily basis.

Way to go for getting back on track. It's not easy but it's got to be done.

You are doing so well! I know when you dont see a loss on that scale it can be frustrating but keep up the great work! You are getting in LOTS of exercise-fabulous!!
Im so jealous of your garden!! That is my dream!!! I have a couple of pots of basil, mint and parsley on my porch lol sad huh? lol

Congrats on getting through 2 weeks of eating clean. I start day 1 today and so far so good but then it's only 9am. lol.
Definitely try to push the water. and holy workouts girl that's great.
Your yard looks fabulous and it sounds like you'll have some great produce to pick from. Isn't it fun to walk into your back yard for food and not have to go to a store and pay for it!!!
