100 cal peanut butter cookies (2)
berry smoothie (4)

Activity: 2.5km walk, 45 min wii (4ap earned)

I am sure it is boring to read my menu everday but this is going a long way in keeping myself on plan! Every little bit helps!

I like looking at other people's healthy menus! Is that noisy? lol. It's good to get ideas from other ww followers. kwim? I find I get stuck in a rut with the same foods (esp for breakfast and lunch)...so thanks for sharing! :)
