Staying Accountable

Posting my menu and activity worked so well last week that I think I will post each day this week as well.

Breakfast:
Scrambled egg beaters (2)
Multigrain toast (2)
Sliced tomato (0)

Snack:
Kashi Bar (2)

Lunch:
Tuna salad (4)
Multigrain bread (4)

Dinner:
Coleslaw (4)
Raisins (2)
Applesauce (1)
Fibre one bar (2)

Snack:
Mango Smoothie (4)
Fibre on bar (2)
Skim milk (2)

It was a pretty balanced eating day today - but I need to stop grabbing a FO bar everytime I need a snack and have some more fruit. Finally a day off tomorrow so I can restock the fruits and veggies. Activity today consisted of an hour on the Wii Fit - 3pts.

I just found those Fibre 1 bars locally (or else I just didn't notice them before). Which ones do you like? I have to say I like the chocolate chip ones best. :)

The chocolate are my favourite as well - although if they are in an accessible case my husband has been known to scarf down 3 or 4 in a night... the kashi dark chocolate and cherry bars are really good as well.
