WI#7 -1.0

Lost one pound this week - kind of expected it after the 4lbs last week but still mildly dissapointing. The good new was that the one pound put me over the 20lbs lost mark - and in 7 weeks I will call that a success. I did not do anything differently this week - stayed OP and exercised 4 day so I am happy with my result. I am going out of town for 10 days so one more time I will test my ability to stay OP while living out of a hotel. Wish me luck.

Way to go! 1lb loss may seem small after a big one, but it is still a loss. You are doing great. :) When I was on my losing streak my average/week was only 0.6lbs! Work hard and you should see another good loss next week. Good for you and keep it up!

Dining out can always be a struggle for me, but I've found that I can do well almost anywhere, just by ordering a large salad with lots of fresh veggies. I don't mind spicing it up with some extras, like grilled chicken. I avoid most salad dressings (I ask for a low-calorie vinaigrette) and I definitely stay away from the croutons and breadsticks. A big delicious low-calorie salad and a couple glasses of tea really fill me up and help keep the weight loss going. Best wishes, and good luck!
